Delores Sanchez, went to be with the Lord on April 10, 2019 after a battle with cancer in Las Vegas, New Mexico. She was born on June 13, 1946 in Denver, Colorado to Joe and Pauline Sanchez.
Delores worked and retired from Adams County Government. She enjoyed dancing and listening to Mexican music with her daughters and boyfriend, Herman.
Survivors include her daughters, Gina Maes of Las Vegas, NM and Mona Gonzales of Salt Lake City, UT; brothers, Manuel and Mike Sanchez of Denver, CO; sisters Mary Vasquez of Las Vegas, NM, Sadie Martinez and Elaine Vasquez both of Denver, CO; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Preceded in death by her parents; son, Mario; brother, Richard Sanchez; and two grandsons.
