Dolores San Miguel Villarreal, 88, of Boerne, Texas passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2017.
Dolores was born June 27, 1929 in San Antonio, Texas to Guadalupe and Herminia San Miguel. She was a faithful wife of 60 years to Ray Villarreal till his passing in 2011. She was a role model to her children and grandchildren. She was thrilled to welcome two new great-grandchildren in 2017. An avid bowler, she could be found on the lanes at least twice a week in league competition. She also loved to attend her Bible study group.
She is survived by her son Gustavo Villarreal of Kyle and his sons Justin (Tara) and Brian (Jessica); daughters Cynthia D. Rivera, M.D. (James) of El Paso and their children Michael (Krista), Lee, Jessica and April; Tisha Hicks (Ron) and son Christian of Boerne. Great-grandchildren include: Graci and Jordan Villarreal; Lorelei, Raymond and Edward Rivera; Adalynn Dee and Wyatt Ray Villarreal. Also survived by Michael and Jessica Crossen, Jeremy and Raquel Holloway.
She leaves to mourn her, sisters Cordelia Ruiz, Berta Lopez, Josephine Perez, brothers George San Miguel and Guadalupe San Miguel, and many beloved nieces and nephews. Greeting her in heaven is daughter-in-law, Trish Villarreal.
