Mrs. Kelley was know for her love of cats and dogs, the Capitals, Redskins, and the Nationals.
She was preceded in death by her husband Alan R. Kelley. Mrs. Kelley is survived by her sons, Patrick Kelley and his wife Ginger, and Michael Kelley and his wife Lynn, and her brother Steven Manning.
