Dolores L. ” DOLLY” (Jones)Smith of Stoughton a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother passed away on Saturday June 22, 2013 at the St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Brighton. She was 73 years old and the beloved wife of 55 years to Arnold I. Smith. She was the loving mother of Donna Carla Smith of Stoughton and her fiance’ Peter Dolliver of Brockton, Walter B. Smith and Joseph Fleming Smith both of Stoughton. She was also the adored grandmother of Robert Phillip Smith and Jacquelyn Adeline Smith.
Born December 7, 1939 in Saulnierville, Nova Scotia Canada she was a daughter to the late Carl Fleming Jones and Adeline Elizabeth ( Muise ) Jones. She was a 1956 graduate of Brookline High School. Dolly was employed for many years as a Manicurist for The Beauty Spot Salon at Orchard Cove in Canton,MA. She was also an elected former Precinct 7 Town Meeting Representative for the town of Stoughton for several years.
