Dolores C. Fabiano of Winthrop passed away at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston on October 13, 2021. She was 80 years old. Born in East Boston she was the beloved daughter of the late Michael A. Interbartolo and Gaetana “Ida” (Arbia). A resident of Winthrop for over 55 years, she worked as a designer for Priscilla Gowns for several years before working alongside her husband in Fabiano’s Bakery. She also was involved in the WINARC Special Olympics.
She was the devoted wife of Joseph A. Fabiano, Jr. and the loving mother of Joseph Fabiano and his wife Crissy of Natick, Debra Colombana and her husband Gianni of California, James Fabiano and his wife Tanya of Winthrop and Francis “Frankie” Fabiano of Winthrop. Dear sister of Ida Vangieri of New Jersey, Marie Bossie of Maryland, Michael Interbartolo of Melrose and the late Anthony and John Interbartolo. Loving sister in law of Rosemarie and Peter Ottaviano of Winthrop. Cherished grandmother of Sophia, Giulianna, Antonio, Tina, Frankie, Domenic, Dante, Natalia and the late Marianna. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
