Mrs. Eizenga is survived by her six children: Georgia (James) Eizenga-Worstell, Carl (Judith) Eizenga, Jeffrey (Kristin) Eizenga, Douglas (Lori) Eizenga, Yvonne (Michael) Elliott, and Dale (Heather) Eizenga; 13 grandchildren; and three great grandchildren; one brother: Elroy (Marie) Alderink and sister-in-law: Marilyn Alderink.
She was preceded in death by her devoted husband: Henry Fred Eizenga and brothers: Melvin and Eugene Alderink.
