Dolores A. (Yoder) McDonald, age 84 of Midland, passed away Friday, March 3, 2017 at the Toni & Trish House in Auburn.
The daughter of the late Harvey M. and Lena M. (Austin) Yoder was born in Midland on March 25, 1932 where she was raised and educated. On June 25, 1950, she married James A. McDonald. He preceded her in death on April 25, 2014 after 63 years of marriage. Dolores enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and reading mystery books. She was an active lifelong member of Poseyville United Methodist Church.
Dolores is survived by her son, Dennis (Lydia) McDonald of Seabrook Island, SC; daughters, Judy McDonald of Midland, and Gayle (C. Steven) Nelson of Springboro, OH; grandchildren, Ryan Nelson, Allison Peterson, Jonathan Dunlap, Andrew McDonald, Nolan McDonald; great grandchildren, Kate Dunlap, Luca McDonald; brother, Terry (Judy) Yoder; sister, Joyce Driest; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Dolores was preceded in death by her brother, Duane Yoder.
