Dolly A. Brown, 87 of Brighton, passed away January 11, 2013 at her home. She was born in September of 1925 in Chicago Heights, Illinois to Peter and Lillian Carcelli. Dolly was raised and attended schools in Chicago Heights. She married Norman Brown in January of 1945, in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Together they lived in Florida before moving to Colorado in 2010.
Dolly enjoyed traveling the continental United States with her family, and really loved her daily soap operas.
Dolly is survived by her three children; Barbara (Jim) Stigall of Florida, Debbie O’Rourke of Chicago, Illinois and Norman (Stephanie) Brown of Brighton, Colorado, two sisters Pearl and Evelyn, as well as 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and six of her siblings.
