Dixie M. Meyer, 82, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away Friday, October 10, 2014. Dixie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard (Dick) Meyer, and daughter, Angela Pieper. Dixie is survived by her daughters, Mary Pieper, Julie Allen, and Teresa Ontis, as well as her sister, Peggy Ballard and brother, Gene Gardner.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of Southridge Village Nursing & Rehab Center.
