Dirk is survived by his parents: Donald & Jean Spiekhout of Tinley Park, IL; two sisters: Marianne (Edward) Egelske of Lansing, IL and Laurie (Gordon) Norris of Munster, IN; four brothers: David (June) Spiekhout of Frankfort, IL, Mark (Kathy) Spiekhout of Lansing, IL, Kenneth Gardiner of Thornton and Gerald Gardiner of Appleton, WI; many nephews and nieces. Dirk was preceded in death by his mother Marion Spiekhout.
