Dina Ann Payne Walters, 47, of Jacksonville, IL, died Friday, Feb. 19, 2021, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
She was born Aug. 12, 1973, in Jacksonville, the daughter of Kevin and Debra Gordley Payne.
She is survived by her son, Jordan M. Walters of Murrayville; her daughter, Mackenzi Renee Walters of Jacksonville; her father, Kevin Payne of Sinclair; her mother, Debra (Earl) Benton of Jacksonville; one brother, Kyle (Sarah) Payne of Jacksonville; maternal grandmother, Mable Carlene Birdsell of Jacksonville; and paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Sharon Payne of Colona. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Franklin R. Birdsell; and paternal grandmother, Nancy A. Vandiver.
