Diannia (Diane Scales) Jones was born September 29, 1951 in Allport, Arkansas to the late Ethel Gilbert and Willie Scales. She was a graduate of Humnoke High School. Diannia completed Vocational Training at OIC (Opportunities Industrialization Center) of America in Little Rock, Arkansas.
She confessed a hope in Christ at an early age.
Diannia departed this life January 19, 2022. She was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband of thirty-two years, Dwight Jones, a son William Anthony Jones and a sister Lonnia Veronica Gilbert.
She leaves to cherish her memories: six sisters, Merlene Scales, Fairfax, Virginia; Debra (Greg) Barker, Fort Smith, Arkansas; DeBora “Reva” London, Clinton, Maryland; Irma (Harold) Turner, Everlyne (Ricki) Conner and Kally Jones, one brother Willie Scales Jr., all of St. Louis, Missouri; and a host of other relatives and friends.
