Dianne was born on April 12, 1949 in Oak Harbor, WA, Widby Island, to Margaret and Robert Wenner, who preceded her in death. She entered Heaven on January 14, 2014 to join her parents, Marge and Bob Wenner, brother Jeff, and many other family members. She lived most of her life in Port Hueneme. She graduated high school in Oahu, HI, and was a 50-year member of ARC in Oxnard. Dianne leaves behind her brother Barry (Pat) of Paradise, CA, niece Jessica Duffy (Stan) of Oxnard, CA, great nieces Jasmine Robins of Camarillo, CA; niece Hanna and nephew Lucas Wenner of South Beloit, IL. Dianne also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins in Maui and Pennsylvania, and her very special auntie, Aunt Joan of Maui, HI.
Dianne lived her 64 years of life as a mentally challenged person, but that never hindered her enthusiasm to enjoy life. She was funny and inspirational to everyone she met. Dianne’s parents taught her about Jesus and how to cope in life with special needs. Dianne was the apple of her daddy’s eye and the daughter her mother cherished. Dianne was an avid animal lover and cared for many pets throughout her life. Dianne lived in Hawaii, Japan, and various other places in the United States as she grew up in a military family. Her parents had taken her to Israel twice.
