Diane Maxene Libby-Ramage, a long-time resident of Middletown, CT, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2016. She was born November 3, 1953, in Bridgeport, CT, the daughter of the late Leonard and Lorraine (Blais) Libby of Milford, CT. In 1997, she married her loving husband Russell Ramage, who brought endless joy and a passion for golf to her life. She was a wonderful mother to her beloved son Troy Monroe and his wife Melissa, and a cherished Nana and expert snowman-builder to her grandchildren Sophia and Liam. We will all miss her dearly. Family and friends were Diane’s passion and delight.
