Diane Marie Davis, 68, of Rensselaer, IN, passed away on October 9, 2021 in Lafayette, IN. Diane was born in Lafayette, IN on August 28, 1953, the daughter of Floyd and Bernice (Yerk) Green.
Diane graduated from North White High School. She married the love of her life, John Davis, on May 15, 1976 in Rensselaer, IN and he survives.
Diane made her career in daycare and child development, which spanned over 35 years. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church of Rensselaer. Her spare time was spent on many activities, such as sewing, cooking, crocheting, and baking. She enjoyed taking care of her household, children, and grandchildren. Diane made a positive impact on many area children and families over the years, and she will be deeply missed by her family and community.
Diane is survived by her loving husband, John, and children, Travis Davis, Melissa Veisberg, Traci (Jason) Moore, and Christina (Christopher) Dye, all of Rensselaer, IN; grandchildren, Morgan Moore, Sage Veisberg, Lauren Moore, Tyler Davis, Makenzie Moore, Jaiden Davis, Brenden Pinkerman, Rylie Moore, Emmalyn Dye, Alivia Dye, and Liam Dye.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Bernice and her brother, Mike Green.
