Diane M. Ball, 84, of Fortville, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017 in Indianapolis.
She was born January 4, 1933 in Indianapolis to the late Oren and Gertrude (Gibbons) Medlin. Diane completed her nursing degree at the former St. John Hospital in Anderson and was a RN who had worked at Methodist Hospital, Community Hospitals, but spent most of her career in the long term care area.
She enjoyed being a member of the Red Hat Society, was an avid reader and loved watching television.
She is survived by husband Myron Ball, whom she married August 14, 1954; children: Kathy J. Ball; Kevin P. (Ceil) Ball; Thomas G. Ball; Timothy M. (Diane Mitchell) Ball; grandchildren: Derrick (Jamia) Ball; Sean (Abby Mcelhiney) Ball; Kristina Ball; great granddaughter: Harper Rose Ball.
