Hagerstown, MD – Diane C. Manley, 56, of Hagerstown, MD died Friday, May 20, 2011 at her sister’s home surrounded by her loving family, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
She was born on February 1, 1955 to the late Donald Mark Manley and Marion Anne Clifford Manley of Rutland, VT.
She graduate from Mount St. Joseph Academy in 1973.
She was a valued employee of H.H. Brown Shoe Company, Inc. recently retiring after over 30 years of service.
She was a member of First Christian Church of Hagerstown, MD.
She is survived by her son Jacob, mother Marion, sisters Linda Powell and husband Joe, Karen, Valerie Murray and her husband Mike, brothers Mark and wife Wendy, James and companion Marge, Peter and wife Margaret, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Stephen, sister Elaine, and father Donald.
Diane loved her family and friends, enjoyed a good game of cards, music, movies, and her job. She will be deeply missed by all those who were blessed to have known her.
