Rinaldi 1960~2018Diane C. Rinaldi, 58, of Broomall went to be with the Lord on September 3, 2018. Loving mother of Steve Rinaldi, and Jillian Joy (Jason). Diane was born in Philadelphia, PA in 1960 to her parents Sid Simons and Edith Kay. Diane was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Larry E. & Wayne R. Simons and sister, Cathy L. Simons (aka CAT). Survivors include her loving daughter, Jillian Joy, her loving son, Steve Rinaldi, and her 2 beautiful grandchildren, Victoria and Carter, who fondly referred to her as “Granny Cat”. Other survivors include her five sisters; Donna Goodyear (her twin), Gale Mastrangelo, Patty Kohler, Carol Scheifele, and Denise McCoach, two brothers; Steve & Tom Simons, her fiancee, with whom she lived, James McGarry, her Aunt Eileen & Uncle Bob Simons, and Aunt Dorothy McLaughlin, and her 18 nieces and nephews. Diane will be missed by her many grand nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Diane was a Mom, sister, aunt, niece, and friend who was generous and kind, especially to stray cats. Diane’s passion was her 8 cats. Diane was known for her fashionista style and awesome baking. Her beautiful smile will be truly missed.
