Diana Kay Hunter, of Indianapolis, IN, died peacefully, on April 23, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.
Diana was retired as an Administrative Assistant with Indianapolis Public Schools. She graduated from Speedway HS in 1967, and was a 1971 graduate of Western College for Women.
She will be forever remembered for her sense of humor, her love for her children and grandchildren, and her dedication to the “students at IPS.”
Diana was predeceased by her parents Robert and Kathryn Stewart, and her grandson Steven Hunter, all of Indianapolis.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children Josiah Hunter (Marcey) of Norfolk VA, Amanda Hunter of Indianapolis, Heather Smith (Justin) of Indianapolis; Grandchildren Gage Hunter and Colin Smith; and Great Grandchild Silas Hunter, all of Indianapolis. In addition, she is survived by siblings Robert Stewart (Dorothy) of Danville, IN, Tami (Brad) Black of Floyd Knobs, IN, Shawn (Ron) Dillow of Indianapolis, and many beloved nephews, nieces, grandnephews & grandnieces, as well as her special fur baby Jasmine.
