Dewey Bair, 60, of Anderson, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at his home, with his wife and dogs by his side.
He was born on October 20, 1951 in Lexington, Kentucky and resided all of his life in Anderson. He had worked at Shea Plumbing and South Park Cafe. Dewey is survived by his loving spouse, whom he married August 22, 2009, Tami Ward Bair, sons: Brett Brittney Garrett Bair and Derek Michele Bair; daughter, Penny Kay Kris Idlewine Bair; four bonus children: Amy Todd Snyder, Stacey Mike Jones, Michael Breanne Porter and Matt Kira Smith Porter. Papaw Dew Dew also leaves, Kale Bair, Kaya Bair, Kallen Idlewine, Belle Bair, Blake, Maggie and Amanda Jones, Ryley Snyder, Kayla and Katy Porter, Michael Porter and Rachael Snyder and Little Eli is on his way. Also surviving are brothers; Glen Bair, John Theresa Worsham, Richard Lisa Worsham, and Roy Lora Dawes; sisters; Connie Kenny Hall, Candy Bair, Lannie Dwight Wise, Lizzy Bair, and Becky Ray Reding. Special dogs; Evie and Heidi also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Dewey Bair and Modena Richardson; his grandparents and brother, Eddie Bair, and infant brother, Dirk Allen. Tami wishes to thank Dr. Sharief and The Cancer Center of St. John’s for their care and compassion.
