It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Miss Deveja Quasha’e Cooper of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (formerly of Elizabeth City, North Carolina) who entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 14, 2020.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her father, Stacy Johnson of Portsmouth, Va; her mother, Angel L. Barclift & stepfather Eugene Barclift of Enola, Pennsylvania; maternal grandparents, Florence Pruden (Linwood) of Elizabeth City; paternal grandparents, William Johnson (Rosie) of Edenton, North Carolina; siblings, Porche Cooper (Justice) of Elizabeth City, Staci Cooper (Keele) of Elizabeth City, NC, Tracey Cooper (Erica) of Elizabeth City, NC, Stacy Johnson of Elizabeth City, NC, Staraja Cooper of Elizabeth City, NC; A host of aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends; special nieces, Kaidence, Promise, & Cataleya; special nephew, Taj; and a special thanks to her bonus family, “The Moore’s.”
