WINSTED – Derwin Yves Mark, 38, passed away unexpectedly on December 12, 2019. He was the husband of Billie Jo Baxter-Mark for the last four years but they have been together for ten years. Born April 18, 1981 in St. Lucia; the son of Allen Johnnie and Veronique Paul. Derwin was a very loving father, kind and hard-working man. He loved fashion especially sneakers. He also loved music and the outdoors. In addition to his wife, he leaves the love of his life, daughter, Angel Veronica Mark of Winsted; stepchildren, Isaiah Veras and Mariah Brown, both of Winsted; two sisters, Angel Berry and husband Tom and Junissa Mark, all of NJ; mother-in-law, Barbara Hotchkiss and husband John of Sandisfield, MA; brother-in-law, Josh Bax of Otis, MA; sister-in-law, Cindy Keiderling of Lee, MA; and nieces and nephews.
