DeRinda Ella Conder, 54, passed away on 11-24-2015. A resident of Eagle, ID for the past 18 years, DeRinda grew up in San Angelo, TX, the daughter of Brent and Judy Hogue. She graduated from Central High School in 1979 and then attended Abilene Christian University where she graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor’s degree in Education.
DeRinda married in July 1983 and she and her husband moved to San Antonio, TX, where she worked in the Northeast Independent School District as an elementary teacher for 4 years.
DeRinda and her husband lived in San Antonio for 9 years where they began a family. In December 1987 DeRinda gave birth to a daughter, Mallorie Kate, and in February 1991 gave birth to a son, Jared Seth.
In 1992 the family moved to Great Falls, VA. In September 1993 DeRinda gave birth to another son, Jefferson McCrae.
Her three children were always her greatest joy.
The family lived in Virginia until 1994 when they moved to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The family stayed in Toronto until 1997 when they moved to Eagle, ID. The family has lived in Idaho ever since.
DeRinda is survived by her mother, father, brother(Brad Hogue of San Angelo) and sister (Angie Hogue of Portland), her husband, daughter, and two sons.
DeRinda was a bright light and we will work to maintain the glow she produced in our lives.
The family would like to thank all of the doctors, nurses and caregivers at Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake and St. Alphonsus Hospital in Boise for their generous care of DeRinda through the past 5 months.
