Mr. Chesanek was born March 24, 1953 in New Britain son of the late John Chesanek and the late Nora (Glynn) Chesanek MacKinnon. Raised in Plainville he attended local schools and was a graduate of Plainville High School and received his BA degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hartford. He had been employed at Superior Electric, Eaton Corp.
He had a lifelong love for music and played guitar, keyboards and was a lead singer in many local bands including Abbey Road and Walrus. He spent many summers at the family cottage on Lake Champlain in New York and loved to play tennis.
In addition to his wife he is survived by two sons, Patrick T.
