Dennis G. Harper, 54, of Michigan City, Indiana died Monday, April 22, 2013, after suffering a heart attack at his home.
Dennis was born February 10, 1959, in Benton Harbor, Michigan to Donald G. and Ann Bell (Busby) Harper.
He graduated from River Valley High School in 1977 and worked at Independent Steel in New Buffalo, Michigan. Dennis enjoyed tinkering with cars, listening to music, and playing basketball. He had a large movie collection that he kept arranged meticulously. Dennis was interested in Astrology and worked out every day at his home.
Survivors include his sons, Dennis Harper Jr of Taos, New Mexico and Brandon Harper of Niles, Michigan; granddaughter, Gwyneth Annabelle Harper; brothers, Donald of Edwardsburg, John and Jeffery (Nancy) of Flint, Michigan, Joseph of Michigan City, and sister, Kim Harper of Bridgman.
