Dennis was born in Kalispell, Montana on November 23, 1934 to Charles and Eudaline (Converse) Brooks.
Dennis enlisted in the US Army in 1957. Dennis also worked for the Railroad as a foreman for many years.
Dennis is preceded in death by both of his parents; Charlie & Eudaline Brooks and son Dennis Wesley Brooks.
Dennis is survived by his daughter Denise Willis-Brooks, son Delmas Deloraine Brooks Jr., grandson Justin Cole Lugo, and numerous nieces and nephews.
