Salem Denise Faye Lewis McGuire, 52, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2011 at her residence near Lost Creek. She was born August 1, 1958 in Clarksburg, the daughter of the late Orville C. Lewis and Viola Louise Harris Lewis. She graduated from Liberty High School and formerly was employed at the Zippo factory in Bradford, PA. She married Ray McGuire who survives in PA along with two sons, Gary Brian Blankenship and Matthew Ray McGuire. Also surviving are two brothers, George Lewis and his wife Sherry and Terry Lewis, all of Salem and a grandson, Skyler McGuire in Ohio. She was preceded in death by an infant sister, Regina Sue Lewis. Denise enjoyed camping and playing bingo and loved her little dog, Casanard. She was Protestant by faith.
