Denise Gaeta Bencel, 60, of Quakertown, PA, died Wednesday, August 29. She is survived by her husband, Joseph; her daughters, Caitlin of Chicago, IL, and Kelly Sweeney (Christopher) of Perkasie, PA; her sons, Andrew and Ethan, both of Quakertown, PA; her adored dog, Maddie; and her precious granddoggies, Abbey and Leia. Denise was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Chelsey; her father, Frank Gaeta; and her beloved dogs, Chloe and Piper. Denise grew up in Byram, NJ. She graduated from Lenape Valley High School in Stanhope, NJ and attended the County College of Morris. During her career, Denise worked as an EKG technician at Dover General Hospital, where she met Joseph. She also worked for Penn State University and North Penn Family Medicine. Before retiring, Denise worked as a Certified Medical Office Manager for Dr. William Gusa.
