Denise Anne (Bolduc) Levy, 63, of Middletown, CT, died peacefully with her husband by her side on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, following a valiant battle with cancer. She is survived by her mother Fernande Bolduc, loving husband of 37 years Scott, her daughter Nicole and her husband JR Zacotinsky of Carmel, NY, her granddaughters Sloane and Harley Zacotinsky, her son Gordon Levy and his significant other Emma Loso of Oakdale, CT; her brother Paul (Denise) Bolduc of Royalston, MA, sisters Diane Bolduc of Northbridge, MA, and Lisa (Andy) Ochs of St. Johns, FL; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews as well as many other dear family and friends.
Denise was born September 16, 1958 in Worcester, MA to Claude and Fernande Bolduc. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Northeastern which provided her a long and meaningful career in the field, which touched the lives of so many.
