Dena Marke Dena Lynn (Vogt) Marke, 60 of Centralia, passed away Monday, July 25, 2016, at home surrounded by her family and friends after a year and a half of battle with cancer. She was born August 6, 1955, in Centralia, the daughter of Robert Vogt and Janice (Ramsey) Vogt.
She married Bill Marke on November 14, 2008, in Salem IL, and he survives in Centralia.
In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by one daughter: Leanne Jewell Vogt of Fort Myers, FL; two step-sons: Zeth Marke and Logan Marke both of Centralia; one sister: Peggy Jett and husband Don of Centralia; two step-grandchildren: Ali Marke and Carter Marke both of Centralia; father and mother-in-law: John Marke and wife Iva of Odin; two special family members: John Klockenga and wife Dianna of Boyd, IL; and four-legged companion Zeus.
She was preceded in death by her father, maternal grandparents Frank and Eva Ramsey, paternal grandparents Otto and Margaret Vogt, two aunts: Wilma Edwards June Adams, and one uncle: Tom Vogt.
Dena had a wonderful personality, always smiling and being a jokester. She enjoyed taking care of her horses, and dogs, and helping Bill raise rabbits. She loved all her animals. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
