Conway is preceded in death by a daughter Debra Kay, parents Dannie and Laura Carley, brothers Dexter and Kenneth Carley.
Conway is survived by his wife Loretta of 65 years, son Jimmy Carley of Socorro, NM. Brother Joe Tom Carley of Fort Worth, Texas, Grandsons Chad Carley of Huntingtown, MD and Jason Carley of Hollywood, MD, and two great grandsons Everett Carley & Quentin Rogow of MD, and many nieces and nephews.
