Mrs. Delta Dawn Applegate, Age 46, of Wallingford, Kentucky passed away unexpectedly Thursday October 18, 2018 at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
Delta was born in Portsmouth, Ohio September 8, 1972 to the late Delbert and Beatrice Flinders Polley. Delta was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, decorating, and watching CSI.
Surviving is her husband Freddy Applegate.
Two sons Austin (Jennia) Applegate of Burtonville, and Cody Applegate of Wallingford.
One Grandson Waylon Applegate of Burtonville.
