Delos Keiper, age 93, of Rensselaer passed away at his home on Thursday, September 8, 2016. He was born on February 19, 1923 in New Carlile, IN to Kathryn (Kolhoff) and Anthony Keiper, both deceased. His marriage was in Lafayette, Indiana on February 4, 1950, to Mary “May” Stevens. May preceded him in death on October 29, 2009.
Delos was a member of the St. Augustine Catholic Church in Rensselaer, and member of The Indiana Friends Club, in Sun City, Arizona. He enjoyed golfing, dancing, working in his garden and on his farms, his greatest enjoyment was spending time with his children and his grandchildren.
Delos and May throughly enjoyed spending their winters at their home in Sun City, AZ.
Delos is survived by his loving children John Keiper, Rensselaer, IN Michael(Wilma) Keiper of Rensselaer, IN. Karen Keiper of Glendale Heights, IL, Kevin (Barbara) Keiper of Batavia, IL. Shannon Keiper of Reston, VA, Kelly (Curt) Hotzler of Plymouth, Minnesota. Loving sister Jeannette Keiper. 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
