Deloris J. Corder, 79, of Fort Lupton passed away on April 11, 2015.

Deloris was born in Shelton, Nebraska to Walter and Ruth (Loffer) Godfrey on July 25, 1935. Deloris was the second of five children growing up around the Gibbon, Nebraska area. She graduated from high school in Kearney, Nebraska and then attended a business school in Kearney where she earned a certificate for business.

Deloris met Harold Corder in Mountain View, Colorado in 1965. In 1966 they were married in Longmont, Colorado. Together they built a home near Sand Hill Lake, northwest of Fort Lupton. Deloris worked for Jerry Designs in Boulder as a seamstress, where she eventually supervised the plant for about five years. Eventually, she and Harold moved to Fort Lupton where they raised 7 children together. After leaving Jerry Designs, Deloris became the matriarch of the family, babysitting grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and crafting with all of the children.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years; Harold, seven children, fifteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren two great great grandchildren as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
