Weaver, the daughter of Earl and Lucille (Hough) Davis, was born May 20, 1925 in Albert City, IA. She was raised and received her education in Gilmore City, IA where she graduated from high school in 1943. She married Gerald Weaver in Rolfe, IA. The couple lived in Thor, and Clare before locating to Gilmore City where they raised their family and lived their married lives. Survivors include her son, Jerald of Gilmore City, IA, daughter Karen Withom of Des Moines, IA, grandchildren Robin and Michelle and a great grandson Parker, as well as her sister Norma of Florida. Delores was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gerald in 1998, and her son Gerald Lee Weaver.
