Cocoa Beach- Delores (Dee) S. Latherow, 84, Cocoa Beach resident for 50 years, died quietly Tuesday, March 25, 2014, in her son’s home.
Delores was born in Athens, Georgia on July 20, 1929. She married John (Jack) A Latherow and they remained married for 52 years until his death in 1997. Delores lived in many places in the United States and had fairy tale life living, loving, and traveling the world. Delores and Jack loved to Motorhome travel across the United States including Alaska. They always included their grandchildren in the travels. Delores was a University of Central Florida graduate and a retired elementary teacher of St. Mary’s Catholic School in Rockledge, Florida.
