Delores J. Centofanti, age 78, of Salem, died at 10: 55 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at her home. She was born March 24, 1938 in Alliance, Ohio, the daughter of the late John and Lena (Lacivita) Rallo.
She worked at Salem Community Hospital for 39 years as an L.P.N. and retired in 2001. Delores was a 1956 graduate of Alliance High School and was a member of the St. Paul Catholic Church, L.C.B.A. and L.P.N. Association of Ohio.
Survivors include her husband, Gary M. Centofanti, whom she married September 2, 1961; 2 sons, Steve Centofanti of Campbell, and Mark (Angela) Centofanti of Newark; 2 daughters, Lynne Centofanti (Allen Alesi) of Salem, and Janine Centofanti of Chicago, Illinois; 2 stepsisters, Helen Woolf of Sebring, and Patricia Zerby of Alliance; a stepbrother, Robert Adams of Alliance; a sister-in-law, Judy Adams of Salem; 16 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a stepbrother, Edward “Jr” Adams.
