Delia R. Menes, 71, passed away suddenly on January 12, 2014 surrounded by her family. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Delia had a caring heart and loved her family.
Delia enjoyed knitting, gardening and painting. She won numerous awards for her artwork and you could see her passion for art come through on each canvas she painted.
Delia will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her loving husband, Angel Menes and her children, Michelle & Ken Nein, Michael Garcia, Shelly Marquez, Angel Menes Jr., Michael Menes and Juanita & Tim Carter.
She will forever be missed by her grandchildren, Brad Young, Jeff Young, Lauren Okuma, Lacey Nein Katherine Nein, Andrew Marquez, Marissa Marquez, Jon Kimmel II, Nicole Kimmel, Ben Carter and Great granddaughter Hailey Okuma. Delia will truly be missed by her sisters, brother and numerous nieces and nephews.
We did not know that morning; God was to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly,
