Delia attended school at Lake Forest High School and held various jobs. She worked at the Chicken Man in Milford until she became disabled. Delia was a cook and she loved to talk with the customers while preparing their orders.
Delia attended church in Felton, DE. She enjoyed playing bingo, playing cards, listening to music and dancing. She made every person that she met feel like they were family. Her family as her pride and joy!
Delia leaves to cherish her memories; two daughters, Monica R. Harmon and Shawnta V. Flamer, son; Dermaine T. Flamer, two granddaughters; Monique R. Scott, Kyra J. Flamer. Her memory will forever by cherished by her soul mate, David King of Dover, DE., Siblings; James T. Flamer of Dover, DE, Ernest Smith of Milton, DE, Florence Flamer of Bridgeville, DE and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
