Deette W. Preacher, 75, of Tallahassee, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2016.
A son of the late Revell H. Preacher and Mary Louise Parrish Preacher, he was born October 6, 1939, in Bristol, Florida. He is also preceded in death by a brother, Roger Preacher. He spent his career as a Certified Public Accountant, was a charter member of the local Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, as well as a member of the Tallahassee CPA Association. One of his biggest joys in life was spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Annette Preacher; daughters, Karen Preacher and Coni Preacher, grandchildren, Ruth Willenbrink, Sean Tterlikkis, and Maggie Tterlikkis; and his siblings, Scott Preacher, Wendy Phillips, and Fran McLaughlin.
