After many foster homes, She was adopted by her foster mother and father Robert and Ester Twigg, just before her 18th Birthday. She often spoke of how much she loved her mom and the times they shared.
Dedra was retired but had worked at Enable Industries for many years. She would often master whatever piece work they were doing and was able to be an asset to them, as she could work fast. She had many friends there.
Dedra was a very social person and liked going out in the community whenever possible. Her favorite thing to do was shopping. She also loved going to movies and out to eat. Dedra absolutely loved telling jokes.
Dedra had a lot of struggles in this life. She battled hard. If you were loved by Dedra, you felt it and was very loved back.
Her mother and father preceded her in death.
