Debra Lee Birch of Caldwell, passed away on May 16, 2016 at home due to an extended illness. Debra was born In Des Moines, Iowa on November 28, 1952 to Alfred and Joan (Hill) Hopkins and grew up in the Kansas City, Missouri area.
Debra enjoyed quilting, in which she won awards at the Canyon County fair. She also loved to do crafts with the grandchildren, go camping with the family, and shop all thrift stores in the valley.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan Hopkins.
