Debra Jane Lafler, age 68, of Wisconsin Rapids passed away Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Edgewater Haven Nursing Home in Port Edwards.
Debra was born on September 9, 1954 to James and Barbara (Burry) Konopacki in Garry IN.
Debbie loved listening to music, collecting unicorns, watching game shows, and wearing fancy earrings. She enjoyed going to the Nekoosa Casino and playing bingo. She wrote poetry and short stories and liked to draw and color. She had a great sense of humor and loved her family very much. She especially loved watching the Green Bay Packers with her brother Greg and her dear friend Sherry.
Debbie is survived by her husband Harry Lafler; brother Gregory (Sherry) Konopacki; daughter Kendra (Joni) McIntee; granddaughters: Tiana (LaTwain) Meddaugh, Nakyla and Moet Taylor, Journey Falkosky; grandsons: Ken-Tuel Taylor, Eric Rhoda; great grandchildren: La Veaha Thomas, La Quinten Thomas, Deunta Burton Jr. Mackenzie Burton and Aubrey Taylor and lifelong friend Kathy Piatz.
Debbie is preceded in death by her mother Barbara Burry and father James Konopacki, daughter Candice Falkosky.
Debbie will be deeply missed by all that knew her.
