Debra Bunton Washam, age 42, of Salisbury, went to be with the Lord on Monday December 2, 2012 at Rowan Regional Medical Center.
She was born June 19, 1970 in Rowan County, NC, a daughter of Barbara Draper Turner and husband John of Salisbury and Jerry M. Bunton of Salisbury.
She attended the schools of Rowan County. She was a homemaker and was a self employed auction worker. Debra enjoyed crafts.
Debra was a lovely young lady who will be sadly missed by all who were fortunate to know her.
On August 8, 2007 she married the love of her life Thomas “Tom” Washam who survives in Rockwell.
Debra was preceded in death by one sister Bonnie Denise Bunton.
Left to cherish her memories in addition to her parents and husband are two sons: D.J. Graham and wife Candice of WV and Raymond Graham of Salisbury; two daughters: Barbara J. Albert and husband Daniel of VA and Samantha G. Bowens and husband Chris of Mocksville and one grandson at home: John Graham of Rockwell; 6 grandchildren; four brothers: Terry Bunton and wife Sherree of Kannapolis, Ronnie Bunton and wife Wendy of Wilmington, Bryan Bunton of Lexington and Robert Bunton and wife Pam of Rockwell; step children, Brooke Henderson, Troy Washam, Kelsey Washam and Kassidy Washam..
At Debra’s request she will be cremated.
