Debra Annette Pinney, age 55, passed away July 23, 2020 at Annie Jeffrey Memorial County Health Center in Osceola, NE.
Deb was born June 12, 1965 at Osceola, NE to Wilbert Gordon and Marlene Matilda (Leners) LeSuer. Deb attended Osceola Schools graduating in 1983. She attended Brown Mackie College in Salina, KS where she studied court reporting. She then attended Lincoln School of Commerce where she received her associates degree in stenography. She moved to Cincinnati, OH for a short time before returning to Osceola in 1989. Deb worked for Attorney Paul Hanson and later operated Mighty Tikes Daycare in Osceola for five years. Deb then began working as a 911 dispatcher at the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. She moved to Omaha for a short time and worked as assistant human resource director for Double Tree Hotels. Deb then returned to Osceola to continue her 12 year career as a 911 dispatcher.
Survivors include two daughters Kayla (William) Pagett, Elkhorn, NE and Karlee (Michael Karnes) Pinney of Osceola; brother, Larry (Karyee) LeSuer of Osceola; LeAnn (Jim) Nispel of Montgomery, TX; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
