Debra Ann Lipps Gray, 59 of Wallingford, a former resident of Milford and West Haven, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at home. Born on September 26, 1951 in Milford, she was the daughter of the late Charles William Lipps, Jr. and Arlene Mildred Hoskinson Lipps.
Debra was greatly known as being an enthusiastic fan of the NY Yankees.
Debra is survived by her four children, John Gray and his wife Jessica of Clinton, Megan Barraco and her husband Wade of Wallingford, Kellie Gray of West Haven and Alex Gray and his wife Kristen of New Fairfield; four grandchildren, Elijah, Kyle, Ryan and Connor; and her three siblings, Charlene Boulton, Charles William Lipps, III and Joy Maturo.
