Deborah R. Settlemyre, 56, of Huntington, IN, passed away at 6:15 pm on July 6, 2015 at her residence. Deborah was born on April 3, 1959, in Cincinnati, OH, to Joseph and Pauline (Jones) McPheron. Her parents preceded her in death. She married James Settlemyre on January 12, 1979 in Elkhart, IN. He survives and resides in Huntington, IN.
Deborah was a 1978 graduate of Huntington North High School. She worked for Daugherty’s Company, INC in Warren, IN. She enjoyed reading and going to the lake.
Along with her husband, Jim, she is survived by one son, Christopher (fiance’, Jasmine), and one daughter, Lin Kae (Matt) Worthman, both of Huntington, IN
Also surviving are three brothers, Rodney (Sonia) McPheron, Arizonia, Rocky McPheron, Florida, Joe S. McPheron, Missouri; seven sisters, Maeda (Joe) Scanlin, Florida, Judy Bailey, North Carolina, Joan (Ed) Bisch, Kathy Stinson, Brenda (Sam) Wright, all of Huntington, IN, Margaret (Mike) Brown, South Carolina, and Georgia (Dave) Sprague, Huntington, IN. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Jackson, Logan, and Lauren Worthman.
