Deborah L. Piper, 56, of Ingalls, passed away Friday September 19, 2014. She was born on October 13, 1957 in Glasgow, KY.
Debbie was a babysitter and enjoyed crafts and puzzles. She is survived by her parents Winnie Elizabeth (Turner) and William Edward Piper of Ingalls; brother David Piper of Fortville; sisters Linda Baldwin of Anderson, Cathy (Ron) Russell of NC, and Elaine Bivens of Indianapolis; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by brother Michael Piper and sister Betty Piper.
