Deborah Jean Henschel, age 62, died unexpectedly Monday, March 16, 2020.
She was born March 2, 1958, in Cincinnati, OH a daughter of Warren and Helen (Smith) Seaver.
Debrah was an advocate for animal rights. It was her quest to end animal abuse and to pursue stiffer penalties for those accused and convicted of animal abuse or negligence.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Chuck Seaver.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Terry Henschel of Richland; sisters, Lynn Vogual and Caren Dedrick and brothers-in-law, Larry and Gary Henschel.
