Survivors include one brother, Paul Smith, Muncie; one sister, Nada Teters, (husband-Bob) Muncie; Step-mother, Wanda Smith, Muncie; four half sisters, Mistie Marshall,(husband-Douglas), Muncie, Kim Haye, Mississippi, Rhonda Marie, California and Veronica Gates, (husband-Scott), Albany; three step-sisters, Susie Penix, (husband-Ron), Farmland, Debbie Miller, Muncie, and Vickie Coffman, Muncie; one step-brother, Gary Kendall, (wife-Leigh Ann), Vevay; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Clifford.
